I had no idea, and its probably because I never thought Reddit would accept social advertising given independence of the Reddit reader/user. Worthy of testing.

   Reddit allows you to subscribe to communities called subreddits. These communities can be communities that fit around your interest and hobby. To illustrate, you could join an investor community which would be a community that aims at discussing the best tips on putting money into financial schemes, property, etc. with the expectation of achieving a certain profit. 

         Moreover, Reddit helps with B2B advertising, let’s say you have developed a business software tool and you want people on the internet to be aware of it. If users of Reddit have already tagged themselves as interested in business by joining the community around that. You are able to create an ad focused on people who visit that community.

         On the flip side, Reddit ads can be challenging. So, if one is thinking of running Reddit ads, it should be noted that it takes a lot of effort to get it right.
